These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the admission, participation, and conduct of all
students enrolled in the NuEra Teacher Training Program. By applying for and joining the program
(offline or online), you agree to abide by the following terms:
1. Admission
Admission is subject to eligibility, submission of a duly completed application form, and performance in
the personal interview.
All required documents must be submitted in photocopies along with originals for verification.
The decision of the Management regarding admission is final and binding.
2. Fees and Payments
The fee structure is communicated at the time of admission and must be paid in full as per the
schedule provided.
Fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including
withdrawal, discontinuation, or expulsion.
Late fee payments may attract penalties or temporary suspension of classes until dues are
cleared, at the discretion of the Management.
3. Program Delivery
Training is delivered in both offline and online modes. The choice of mode depends on the
student’s enrollment and program structure.
For online sessions, students are responsible for arranging stable internet, devices, and related
resources.
The institution will not be held liable for disruptions due to technical or connectivity issues at
the student’s end.
4. Attendance and Conduct
Regular attendance is mandatory to ensure successful completion of the program.
Students are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, and respectful behavior towards
trainers, peers, and staff.
Misconduct, abusive language, or disruptive behavior may lead to disciplinary action, including
suspension or expulsion.
5. Certification and Affiliation
NuEra Teacher Training Program is affiliated with BSS/WSC.
Once student details are submitted and registered with BSS/WSC, they cannot be altered,
updated, or withdrawn under any circumstances.
Certificates will be awarded only upon successful completion of program requirements
(attendance, assignments, and assessments if applicable) and compliance with BSS/WSC rules.
The decision of NuEra Management and the affiliating body (BSS/WSC) regarding certification is
final and binding.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, resources, and content provided during training remain the intellectual
property of NuEra.
Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share training materials without written permission.
7. Media and Promotions
NuEra reserves the right to capture photos and videos during classes, workshops, and events
(both offline and online).
Such media may be used for promotional and educational purposes unless the student provides
a written objection at the time of admission.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
Personal details and information provided by students will be used strictly for academic and
administrative purposes, including registration with BSS/WSC.
The institution will not share personal data with third parties, except as required by law or
affiliating bodies.
9. Limitation of Liability
NuEra is not responsible for personal loss, damage, or theft of belongings during in-person
sessions.
For online programs, the institution is not liable for interruptions caused by external factors
beyond its control.
