It all started when I watched my daughter’s first teacher spark a love for learning in her — and I realised how powerful both parenting and teaching truly are.
As a hands-on father and visionary leader, Mr. Bharath brings personal insight and purpose to NuEra’s journey. His experience as a parent fuel his commitment to offering both teacher training and parenting support, ensuring every child is surrounded by informed adults — at home and at school. His goal is to build systems that support not just educators, but entire families.
Mrs. Ramya R
I believe that every great era in education begins with a great educator - and a well-informed parent.
With over 10 years of experience as a teacher, coordinator, and program head, Mrs. Ramya founded NuEra to nurture a new generation of confident, compassionate, and competent educators. As a mother herself, she understands the deep connection between parenting and education. This inspired her to design parenting programs that guide families through the early years with clarity, empathy, and confidence — making NuEra a holistic space for both teachers and parents.

Mr. Ravi handles essential behind-the-scenes operations that keep NuEra running smoothly. Whether it’s managing logistics, setting up equipment, or supporting daily functions, his dedication and reliability form the backbone of our training centre’s day-to-day success.
